    Sunny balcony was a nice surprise. We found nice Cafe Patagonia nearby with hot beverages. Located 15 minutes walk from puerto panuelo, it was convenient for us.

    the luxury of the hotel and the beautiful location.

    we received a room with no air condiotion- should not be in a 5 stars hotel. they moved us to a newer room which was very far from the public spaces' we use 3 elevators to get to the room. and the air condition did not work again.
